At Caregivers’ Safe Space, we understand the unique challenges that come with caring for a loved one with autism, a disability, aging adults or chronic health needs. That’s why our services are designed to uplift, support, and empower family caregivers through every stage of their journey.

Whether you're looking for emotional support, mental health resources, or practical guidance—we’re here for you. Our growing list of services focuses on wellness, education, connection, and relief so that you never feel like you're doing this alone.

Mental Health Counseling

Individual and group counseling sessions will be offered to address the unique challenges caregivers face, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of isolation. Sessions will be led by licensed mental health professionals with expertise in caregiving-related issues.

  • Counseling provides a safe space for caregivers to process their emotions and receive guidance for managing stress.

  • Caregivers will learn practical techniques to manage their mental health and develop resilience in their caregiving journey.

Caregiver Support Groups

In-person and virtual groups will allow caregivers to connect with others who understand their experiences. Our support groups will foster open discussions, share advice, and provide emotional encouragement.

  • Our in-person support groups offer caregivers a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, and receive encouragement from others who understand. Each session is guided by a trained facilitator and includes wellness activities, educational discussions, and time to simply connect with others face-to-face.

  • Join our virtual caregiver support groups from the comfort of your home. These online sessions are open to caregivers of all kinds and include guided conversation, wellness check-ins, and community-building. Whether you're juggling a busy schedule or unable to attend in person, you’re never alone with our online support.

Respite Care

We offer affordable and accessible respite care services, including in-home care and community-based options. These services will allow caregivers to take short-term breaks while ensuring their loved ones are well cared for by trained professionals.

  • Regular breaks can help caregivers recharge mentally and physically, reducing feelings of exhaustion and preventing burnout.

  • Time away from caregiving responsibilities provides opportunities for relaxation, self-care, or pursuing personal goals, leading to enhanced mental well-being.
